What you will do
- Lead and manage the commercial sales team to meet sales targets.

- Train and certify team leaders to ensure results.
- Ensure the commercial team effectively uses sales tools throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and mid-level management.
- Proven track record of sales results.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Experience with CRM management and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and more).
- Must be living in Bogotá or nearby areas.
- Experience in transferable industries such as startups, fintech, or fast-paced environments.
