What you will do

• Negotiate high-impact commercial agreements with strategic partners
• Provide expert legal advice to senior finance and business development professionals
• Shape corporate structure including drafting intercompany agreements and governance of legal entities
• Manage employee stock option plans and intellectual property portfolio
• Handle various in-house legal workstreams

Requirements

• 6-10 years commercial legal experience in corporate law, M&A, funds, or finance
• Experience leading complex commercial negotiations
• Experience forming and managing legal entities internationally
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally under tight deadlines
• Must be located in the United States for remote work
