What you will do
- Drive execution of sales strategies to exceed monthly sales and business goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives fostering continuous learning and high performance.
- Establish and maintain a culture of accountability and operational excellence within the sales team.
- Optimize sales models and identify new cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, Sales Development, and risk teams.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
