What you will do

• Lead migration and ownership of CI/CD pipelines, improving automation and reliability.
• Design and evolve monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana integrated into CI/CD workflows.
• Support and extend custom infrastructure components including NGINX routing for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend development teams and other DevOps engineers.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Provide tooling, guidance, and support to development teams to foster DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Malta
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Octopus, and deployment automation.
• Proficiency in Prometheus, Grafana, and observability practices.
• Strong AWS knowledge including EC2, ALB, VPC, EKS, and Terraform.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, preferably with AWS EKS and Rancher RKE.
• Ability to script in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and proficient with Git.
• Strong collaboration skills and understanding of DevOps culture and ITIL best practices.
