TL;DR

Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML): Identifying, quantifying, and mitigating IT risks using advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI with an accent on automating root cause analysis and predictive risk detection. Focus on co-creating novel ideas, designing statistical models, and building advanced reports and dashboards within a SAFe Scrum Team.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (1-2 days per week from the office).

Salary: 1200–1450 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Develop and maintain solutions in Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric.
• Co-create novel ideas with stakeholders.
• Co-build a future Insights Data Analytics service.
• Work with hypotheses to prove or reject business statements and design statistical models.
• Build advanced reports/dashboards.
• Analyze, process, and model data, interpreting results to create actionable insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, and GIT.
• Professional experience using Python for ML and data wrangling.
• Deep knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics.
• Experience in data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources.
• ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management.
• Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe).
• English: Fluency required.
