What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across frontend, backend, and DevOps.
• Hands-on development focusing on backend-heavy products using PHP.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to align goals and deliverables.
• Contribute to product strategy and plan team roadmap.
• Architect scalable solutions and make key technical decisions.
• Apply Agile methodologies to optimize team processes.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely only from Switzerland or on-site in Sankt Gallen.
• At least 2 years leading software development teams with mentoring experience.
• Proven backend engineering experience with PHP and exposure to frontend and infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on coding up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent English required.
