What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve backend services using PHP and Golang within the Training module.
• Identify and reduce technical debt to enhance system performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (frontend, QA, infrastructure) to deliver reliable features.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and define backend best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, and resilience for modules.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a backend engineer.
• Proficient in PHP and Golang.
• Strong understanding of backend system design, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Familiarity with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
• A strong sense of ownership and collaborative attitude in a remote team.
