What you will do
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights for client projects.
- Produce BI dashboards using industry-standard tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Quicksight.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings.
- Mentor junior analysts, lead data-focused projects, and set best practices in data analysis.
- Apply various analytical methods such as statistical analysis and data mining.
- Advocate for and ensure compliance with data governance standards, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in applying various analytical methods such as statistical analysis, data mining, and qualitative analysis.
- Experience in synthesizing research data to present actionable insights and solutions.
- Effective communication and persuasion skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of various data sources, data organization, and storage practices.
- Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, adhering to standards.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Ability to perform data validation checks and integrate data using ETL tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Eligibility for SC (security check) clearance, requiring 5 years' continuous UK residency and 5 years' employment history (or back to full-time education).
