What you will do

• Develop and maintain public APIs and integrations for Vincent AI and external Document Management Systems
• Collaborate with fullstack developers in an agile environment across Canada, US, and Europe
• Review and provide feedback on code within and across teams
• Diagnose and solve complex technical problems spanning multiple areas
• Continuously learn and improve software development skills, especially in Python and AI

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Toronto, Canada with ability to work hybrid (minimum two days in office)
• Experience building scalable web applications using Python
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in distributed teams
• Experience with Agile processes and SaaS products
• Strong communication skills and ability to build high-trust relationships
• Keen interest in AI and improving software development craft
