TL;DR
Associate Employee Success Partner (AI): Supporting the effective delivery of People services and strategic People projects with an accent on HR transformation initiatives, AI tool implementation, and process optimization. Focus on researching, piloting, and recommending AI-driven tools to enhance HR efficiency and capacity for strategic work.
Location: Singapore, Central, Singapore. The programme is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents in active undergraduate and graduate university programmes with less than three years work experience. Graduates should be able to start work from Jan 2026 and onwards.

What you will do
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and line managers regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
- Support the People Leadership team in the operational delivery of People strategies and talent planning activities.
- Build strong rapport with stakeholders to understand team dynamics and proactively flag risks.
- Coordinate and contribute to People transformation initiatives and strategic HR projects.
- Research, pilot, and recommend an AI-driven tool to enhance HR operations efficiency.
- Analyse current HR data and workflows to identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation using AI.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or Data Analytics.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of post-graduate experience in Business/HR Administration or an analytical/project management capacity.
- Genuine interest in technology and a foundational understanding of how AI can be applied in the business/HR context.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating good project management skills.
- Analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and communication skills, proficiency in HRIS (Hibob or other), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Gemini, and Google Analytics.
