Salary: $100,000–$149,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, implement, unit and integration test Salesforce applications and services.
• Review and analyze business requirements and collaborate on architecture and technical design.
• Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and document detailed designs.
• Support Salesforce platform modernization efforts within the Business and Technology Insights team.

Requirements

• Must be located near Irving, TX, Orlando, FL, or Stamford, CT or able to work hybrid within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL, SOSL, and asynchronous processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to design scalable applications within Salesforce governor limits.
• Experience leading software engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Administrator certifications.
• Experience with Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, Bitbucket.
• Scrum methodology experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ALM and deployment using VS Code and Metadata API.
• Architecture and design pattern experience.
