What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain features in the React Native app for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver user value.
• Own core parts of the app architecture, ensuring long-term performance and maintainability.
• Improve app speed, reliability, and user experience through best practices and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor fellow engineers.
• Drive technical decisions and help improve team workflows and mobile engineering culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of production experience with React Native.
• Solid understanding of mobile development best practices including navigation, animations, and performance.
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and server state handling with React Query.
• Familiarity with debugging tools, testing (unit/integration), and mobile release processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Experience with native modules, CI/CD, and app store deployment.
