What you will do

• Design and evaluate features, providing feedback.
• Identify and optimize performance issues within solutions.
• Design, document, and implement clean, robust solutions to complex business problems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and drive design and code reviews.
• Maintain a DevOps mindset, promoting cloud-oriented solutions and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in delivering quality software with Java and Spring.
• Experience with RESTful architecture, microservices, system design, and scaling.
• Experience with AWS (or other cloud providers).
• Experience with SQL databases and basic knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Knowledge of Kafka or any other streaming platforms.
