What you will do

• Conduct thorough, programmatic testing of critical events across all digital touchpoints.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, execute test cases, and manage defect reporting and tracking.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to monitor and alert on tracking anomalies.
• Perform regression testing and support QA releases, ensuring seamless functionality on platforms.
• Lead investigations into tracking issues, ensuring timely identification and resolution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience with web and app analytics.
• Proficient in test management and creating detailed documentation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with tools such as BrowserStack, JIRA, QMetry, and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of QA processes and collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.
