What you will do

• Craft and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrating AI solutions across the supply chain.
• Foster close collaboration with product directors and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Champion the co-creation, prioritization, and delivery of AI-driven solutions to address business needs.
• Provide guidance on functional implications of technical decisions and promote seamless AI integration.
• Lead innovation by leveraging AI advancements and contributing to shaping the direction of AI products and domains.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Product or Project Management within retail, consumer brands, supply chain, or AI-focused industries.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of enabling AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate diverse perspectives and prioritize product backlogs.
• In-depth knowledge of AI capabilities, industry trends, and proactivity in identifying AI opportunities.
• Proactive and structured approach to AI product management, coupled with robust execution skills and understanding of AI product lifecycle challenges.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to AI accelerators, incubators, rapid experimentation, design thinking, and service design.
