What you will do

• Develop customizations and integrations across Salesforce Sales and/or Marketing Clouds
• Build with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements
• Ensure performance, data quality, and system integrity with clean, testable code
• Improve workflows and APIs for performance and maintainability
• Monitor and improve platform performance, addressing technical debt and scaling challenges

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico
• English: B2 level or higher
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Expert knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Proficient in CI/CD workflows using Git and Salesforce DX
