What you will do

• Model business event structures and analyze complex field-level data.
• Facilitate business flow analysis and improve processes across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with teams to clarify business and technical requirements and provide guidance on integration platform standards.
• Create and maintain development tasks, technical design documents, and field mappings.
• Review Avro schema pull requests from technical and business perspectives.
• Support the full development cycle including pre-analysis, design, UAT, and release coordination.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Wroclaw, Poland
• English: Fluent English required
• 5+ years of IT and/or e-commerce, retail-tech, or logistics experience.
• 3+ years as a system/business analyst with strong requirements elicitation skills.
• Experience with business flow diagramming, event schema modeling, and preparing technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of XML/JSON, APIs, Kafka fundamentals, SQL, and databases.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and SAP familiarity.
• Proven track record in implementing an event-driven architecture approach.
