What you will do
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
- Develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and solutions from scratch.
- Test microservices and RESTful APIs ensuring proper isolation and dependency handling.
- Manage and optimize test data and test environments.
- Collaborate effectively within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe teams supporting CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or near Stockholm, Sweden with hybrid work flexibility
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design patterns.
- Experience with automated functional testing, performance testing, and technical/web services testing.
- Knowledge of RESTful API testing, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- ISTQB Agile Tester, Foundation Level, and Test Automation Engineer certifications or willingness to obtain.
