What you will do

• Execute assigned animation or technical tasks with precision and on time
• Solve problems independently and present creative/technical solutions
• Understand and follow the production pipeline from input to output
• Communicate questions or blockers using internal tools and directly with leads
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide professional guidance
• Test new tools and workflows, suggest improvements, and participate in knowledge-sharing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of production experience
• Deep understanding of animation principles
• Confident use of Maya or other professional animation software
• Confident use of RV for animation review
• Strong artistic skills in character animation
• Solid knowledge of film pipelines and asset production workflows
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Location: Employees in Hungary or freelancers in EMEA within 2-hour time zone from Budapest

Nice to have

• Experience in technical knowledge sharing or training
• Previous freelance experience in an international environment
