TL;DR

Location: Remote-first with office option in Paris, France; must be based in French timezone (+/- 2h)

Salary: 70,000–90,000 EUR including bonus

What you will do

• Build new fullstack features end-to-end collaborating closely with Product team
• Improve codebase through refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization
• Collaborate with team to solve technical issues
• Mentor developers and share knowledge to raise technical standards
• Lead technical topics as Tech Lead, driving quality and delivery alignment
• Solve complex problems impacting tens of thousands of customers daily

Requirements

• Must be fluent in French and English and based in French timezone (+/- 2h)
• 10+ years in software engineering with 7+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript (frontend and backend)
• Strong skills in Node.js, React, and MongoDB
• Proven experience building and maintaining web applications
• Autonomous, fast learner, and collaborative mindset
