What you will do
- Lead post-sale success and adoption across global biotech and pharma enterprise accounts.
- Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI, presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Establish steering committees to align stakeholders and ensure measurable impact.
- Coordinate multi-workstream engagements with Scientific Advisors, Product, and ML teams.
- Drive expansion opportunities by partnering with Account Executives.
- Act as primary escalation and coordination point for enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Must have 5–7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles in Life Sciences with strong program and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows and ability to engage executive and scientific stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to present scientific and business insights.
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time and work from customer sites.
Nice to have
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments.
- Familiarity with services commercials including SOWs and budgeting.
- Experience with machine learning applications in life sciences or biotech.
