What you will do

• Conceptualize, document, and implement new game features and content.
• Iterate on existing features based on data and user feedback.
• Design and balance game progression, economy, and monetization.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to plan feature roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the game dev industry.
• Knowledge of the mobile games market, trending genres, and success metrics.
• Ability to deconstruct games and identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Design thinking and a user-centric approach to game development.
• Experience with scripting languages or a basic understanding.
• Portfolio of released games as a game designer.
