What you will do

• Design and implement agentic AI architecture including context management, memory, and action orchestration
• Build AI variables for autonomous action loops and multi-step agents
• Deliver AI Copilot v1 with potential for autonomous workflows
• Develop evaluation pipelines and 360 monitoring for AI output quality and performance
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and product managers
• Mentor team members and own technical AI decisions

Requirements

• Location: Based in France or fully remote
• Strong software engineering background with Node, Typescript, Python
• Experience building industrialized AI features in production
• Knowledge of agentic systems, context/state machine logic, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLM evaluation
• Leadership and communication skills with ability to own technical direction end-to-end
• Passion for building real AI systems and continuous learning

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or custom agent frameworks
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks like Trulens, DeepEval, Opik
• SaaS experience and mentoring engineers
• Open source contributions and ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
