What you will do

• Prospect, pitch, and close brand partnerships to drive commercial growth for talent.
• Manage talent relationships and develop long-term commercial strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with brands and agencies on behalf of talent.
• Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals and KPIs.
• Guide junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Improve sales processes and commercial playbooks to scale success.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience representing creators or esports players and closing deals.
• Proven outbound sales skills with a strong revenue pipeline track record.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel for shoots, events, and brand engagements.
• Deep knowledge of EU brand categories and creator monetization.

Nice to have

• Existing NL/EU brand or agency buyer network.
• Experience in esports, gaming creators, or youth digital culture.
• Knowledge of deal structuring, pricing models, and exclusivity terms.
