What you will do

• Manage budget, resource planning, and allocation for the agile development team.
• Develop and drive governance processes, ensuring compliance and security.
• Provide coaching and daily support to team members.
• Act as a key link between IT, CX design, Architecture, and Communications departments.
• Follow up on goals, results, and continuously improve ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong experience in leadership roles such as Engineering Manager, Project Manager, or Team Lead.
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Proven ability to handle budget, governance, and security responsibilities.
• Previous experience in digital product development or agile organizations.
• Natural coaching abilities that foster team growth.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master experience is highly advantageous.
