What you will do

• Build and own the end-to-end production pipeline for a new YouTube channel.
• Hire and manage a creative team across Lithuania and abroad.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to turn ideas into published viral videos.
• Oversee pre-production, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage budgets, track finances, and plan cost-saving initiatives.
• Step into various production roles as needed, including scripting and editing feedback.

Requirements

• Strong ownership and drive to build the project from scratch.
• Proven experience in video production and team management.
• Financial management and budget-tracking skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good English skills (B2 level minimum).

• Direct YouTube experience.
