What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver a variety of media and video projects from brief to post-production.
• Manage multiple concurrent productions ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee full production lifecycle coordinating with internal and external teams including talent, editors, and vendors.
• Build, manage, and reconcile production budgets and monitor expenses.
• Partner with internal teams, sponsors, and brand stakeholders to deliver impactful content.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and team members through proactive communication.

Requirements

• Must be available to work in São Paulo office or on set as needed
• 3+ years of producing experience with branded content and client-facing productions.
• Skilled in managing talent and production crews with deep familiarity of end-to-end production.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
• A solid network of production professionals within the media industry.
• Genuine interest in esports, gaming, and storytelling within gaming culture.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of producing experience.
• Familiarity with esports games such as Valorant or Rainbow Six Siege.
• Experience with production management tools like Slack, Clickup, and Frame.io.
• Ability to operate a video camera is a plus.
