What you will do
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google, and other platforms.
- Execute and scale ABM strategies targeting high-value B2B accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, MarTech, B2B Marketing, and Analytics teams for strategic alignment and tracking.
- Continuously monitor performance, run A/B tests, and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign results.
- Stay updated on paid media trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing paid media campaigns with proven LinkedIn expertise
- Deep knowledge of B2B and B2C paid strategies across multiple platforms
- Proven experience with ABM strategies and B2B lead generation tactics
- Experience with campaign management systems (e.g., Smartly.io) and strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability for agile, data-driven optimization and strong collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce
