What you will do

• Create release-ready content passing editorial, medical, and legal checks, mentoring junior and freelance editors.
• Generate new content ideas using data insights and present work to internal teams.
• Run ideation sessions and workshops to share knowledge and improve workhirify.globalws.
• Manage complex content projects end-to-end and develop a roster of freelance content creators.
• Help streamline content production processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Strong background in producing engaging, scalable short-form and social media content, including viral content.
• Experience writing and editing women’s health or related content, with ability to simplify medical information.
• Proficiency in content analytics and using data to inform content strategy.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative working style with cross-disciplinary teams including product managers, designers, and medical advisors.
• Experience using AI tools to support and scale content creation.

Nice to have

• Experience with short-form video content and conversation design (chatbots).
• Experience in product companies, especially apps, and Agile methodology.
• Start-up experience and familiarity with tools like Looker, Jira, Figma, Miro, Contentful.
