Executive Management Trainee

TL;DR

Executive Management Trainee: Gaining hands-on experience and strategic insight to drive business at an international IT partner with an accent on improving ways of working and achieving results. Focus on developing future leaders by providing opportunities in various business areas such as Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Operations, and HR.

Location: Hybrid, based in Stockholm, Sweden, working internationally with offices in the Nordics and Benelux. No relocation or work permit sponsorship is provided.

What you will do

• Get a broad understanding of international business within a listed IT Partner.
• Contribute to exciting projects and initiatives to drive hirify.global's strategic journey.
• Gain hands-on experience and actively improve ways of working.
• Develop alongside the Executive Leadership Team, leaders, and colleagues across Europe.
• Develop in areas such as Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Operations, and HR.
• Own a project within another department and receive mentorship.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, Business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, HR or similar.
• Up to two years of post-graduate work life experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1).
• Excellent analytical and reasoning skills.
• Strong social and collaborative abilities with a “can do” mindset.
• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden, and have valid work authorization as no sponsorship is provided.

• Competency assessment and cognitive test.
• Telephone screening with current Trainee.
• HR-interview.
• Assessment day at the office in Nacka Strand.
• Final interview.
