Game Designer (Mobile Games) (Hyper-Casual/F2P): Creating and implementing mobile game experiences from initial ideas through launch analysis with an accent on feature vision, gameplay progression, and balance. Focus on tuning features in Unity, analyzing key performance indicators, and converting user and team ideas into strong game concepts.
Location: Riga, Latvia; full-time 09:00–18:00 office position
Salary: €1,600–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Create and describe the vision for the overall game and individual features.
- Communicate intended outcomes and feature requirements to the development team.
- Tweak and fine-tune gameplay features in Unity.
- Analyze key performance indicators and turn data into actionable insights.
- Gather ideas from users and the team, then develop them into strong concepts.
- Implement gameplay progression and balance across the game experience.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the hyper-casual game market, its audience, and the free-to-play business model.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good command of Latvian and English for documentation, tool use, and communication with team members and external partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Unity engine.
- A portfolio of released mobile games.
