What you will do

• Create and describe the vision for the overall game and specific features
• Communicate desired outcomes to the development team
• Tweak and fine-tune features in Unity
• Analyze key performance indicators and turn them into actionable insights

Requirements

• Must be located in Riga, Latvia
• Strong knowledge of hyper-casual game market, audience, and free-to-play model
• Great analytical and logical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Unity engine is a plus
• Portfolio of released mobile games is a plus
• Knowledge of Latvian and English
