TL;DR

Territory Manager (Nordics): Responsible for winning and developing medium-sized customers across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland with an accent on pipeline generation, outbound hunting, partner-driven sales, and deal execution. Focus on building strong partner relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and managing extensive travel across the Nordics.

Location: Remote in Sweden with extensive travel (50–80%) across the Nordics

What you will do

  • Hunt and acquire new medium-sized customers through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and partner collaboration.
  • Drive full-cycle sales and demonstrate ROI of combined hardware and software solutions.
  • Develop and motivate regional partners and distributors to increase joint revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Manager and Solution Architect to coordinate strategy and support customer success.
  • Operate with ownership and urgency in a high-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Swedish, other Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Willingness and excitement to travel extensively (50–80%) across the Nordics.
  • Proven success in hunting and acquiring medium-sized customers in Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience working with partners, distributors, or reseller networks.
  • Comfortable in high-energy, high-pressure, and target-driven environments.
