Release Analyst

TL;DR

Release Analyst: Supporting the management of non-production environments and coordinating software releases for a large-scale technology organization with an accent on ensuring environments are stable, reliable, and fit-for-purpose. Focus on hands-on environment management, contributing to technical discussions, and supporting continuous integration, testing, and delivery across multiple platforms.

Location: Hybrid working in Leeds, West Yorkshire (3 days per week on-site)

What you will do

• Support the management of non-production environments.
• Work closely with platform owners and engineering teams to maintain test and integration environments.
• Coordinate releases and efficiently resolve environment issues.
• Help improve processes, pipelines, and governance for environments.
• Contribute to technical discussions and support continuous integration, testing, and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting complex technology environments in enterprise or large-scale organisations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or other integrated enterprise systems.
• Understanding of system integrations, architectural diagrams, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
