What you will do
- Lead and review cloud system designs to assure performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage automation initiatives for cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and DevOps deployment.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to influence cloud-native system adoption and effective platform use.
- Deliver consultative advice through advanced technical knowledge on system architecture and solutions.
- Execute complex data analyses to make decisions on investing in efficiency and cloud management tools.
- Mentor other cloud engineers and continuously develop and share knowledge on emerging cloud engineering trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenStack deployment and operations.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using OpenStack components.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications in OpenStack environments.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems administration and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft AD CS, HashiCorp Vault, OpenSSL, HSMs, PKI, and IAM.
- Ability to assess and remediate PKI-related risks, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Experience of customer solution design and architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience with OpenStack APIs and custom automation scripting (Python, Bash).
- Deep understanding of cryptographic protocols, certificate lifecycle management, and key management systems.
- Experience in designing and deploying networking solutions.
