What you will do

• Identify and collect analytical and reporting needs from different stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain self-service automated reporting using Power BI, Python, or other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales Excellence & Strategy teams to improve customer centricity and enhance sales user functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies, making recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and maintain current reporting processes and data integrity.
• Provide daily support to commercial teams on CRM (Salesforce) issues and coordinate trainings for end users.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience working within BI, Data Analytics, or Sales Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field or Business/Finance with equivalent practical experience.
• SQL proficiency is required.
• Extensive previous working with Power BI.
• Thorough conceptual and practical understanding of relational databases, data architecture/governance, and real-world application of statistical concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Background in Python, Tableau, Databricks, Vertica, Hive/Hadoop, MS SQL Studio.
• Previous CRM-A experience.
