What you will do

• Manage messaging software such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Solr, including automation and deployment pipelines.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana.
• Ensure security compliance with bank standards and FINMA regulations, enforcing best practices.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Document infrastructure and procedures, providing resources for teams.
• Research and introduce new tools and cloud migration possibilities like Kubernetes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering with high-availability systems.
• Experience managing RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, or Solr in critical environments.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, and scripting languages like Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools including Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional messaging platforms or middleware tools.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Experience with distributed systems troubleshooting.
