What you will do

• Participate in project preparation, assessment, and bidding with a focus on animation quality
• Manage and provide feedback to animation leads and coordinate across divisions
• Mentor team members and support their professional development
• Monitor project implementation and communicate obstacles to stakeholders
• Implement efficiency improvements and participate in post-mortem reviews
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Must be located within ±2h of Budapest (CET)
• Experience in feature animation, ideally long-form or high-end episodic
• Strong skills in Maya, RV, and character animation
• Solid knowledge of film pipelines and asset production workflows
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Independent, reliable, and strong communication skills with a mentoring mindset
