What you will do
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with CPOs, EMSPs, and enterprise partners.
- Activate your existing network and continuously expand it to create new conversations and qualified leads.
- Own the full business development cycle: market mapping, outreach, solutioning, negotiation, close, and handover.
- Translate customer needs into concrete, deliverable hirify.global solutions.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for Benelux, aligned with commercial objectives.
- Develop meaningful relationships with key industry players and ecosystem partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience (preferably EV, energy, or smart mobility).
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong, relevant network with the ability to activate and expand it.
- Proactive, high-energy approach: chasing opportunities, connecting dots fast, and following through.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand customer pains deeply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, acting as a relationship builder and deal closer.
- A structured, metrics-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting.
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
