What you will do
- Manage administrative processes for new hires of employees and interns in Italy and abroad
- Serve as main contact for employee and manager inquiries
- Draft and implement personnel policies
- Monitor attendance and manage periodic HR deadlines
- Optimize internal administrative processes and collaborate with external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or high school diploma
- Several years of experience in personnel administration or payroll
- Knowledge and experience in labour law
- Structured working method with high discretion
- Good knowledge of German, Italian, and English
- Location: Must be based in Bolzano, Italy
