Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market): Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B Mid-Market clients by driving onboarding, adoption, and long-term success with an accent on client relationship management and commercial negotiations. Focus on developing tailored success plans, analyzing customer data, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize client value and revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid work model with offices in Berlin and Cologne; up to 120 days remote work within the EU, UK, and Switzerland, including 30 days outside the EU.

What you will do

  • Manage a defined portfolio of Mid-Market B2B clients, owning the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term success.
  • Drive value realization and product adoption through tailored strategies supporting customer health and performance.
  • Analyze customer data, track key metrics, and translate insights into actionable success plans and commercial opportunities.
  • Lead commercial discussions, identify upsell opportunities and risks, and grow account revenue and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Product, Operations) to improve customer experience and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Berlin or Cologne or able to work hybrid with extended remote options within the EU, UK, and Switzerland.
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Corporate Sales with B2B Mid-Market clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contract negotiations.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis using Excel/spreadsheets and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Business fluent in German and excellent English skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain multiple client relationships simultaneously.
