TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (AI Search): Driving post-go-live customer adoption and value realization to ensure retention and growth with an accent on product trainings, implementation guidance, and ROI articulation. Focus on proactively identifying and resolving churn risks, maximizing product feature adoption, and serving as the voice of the customer internally.

Location: This role is based in Paris, France, and is available with either a hybrid-remote or in-office schedule. Employees must be able to work from this specific location.

What you will do

  • Drive and nurture post go-live customers to increase adoption and value realisation, leading to their success, retention, and growth.
  • Lead user enablement by conducting product trainings and guiding customers through technical implementation.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to optimize platform usage and maximize product feature adoption.
  • Document and clearly articulate the Return on Investment (ROI) driven by hirify.global's solution.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate churn risks, working with Account Executives to eliminate threats.
  • Function as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback and tracking key account metrics.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, digital consultancy, or project management, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, present, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience successfully managing a portfolio of accounts and supporting a highly technical product.
  • Ability to set priorities, drive decisions, and ensure closure on recommendations and issues.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
