What you will do
- Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle.
- Analyze HR data (hiring, attrition, engagement, performance) to uncover key stories behind the numbers.
- Perform deep-dive ad-hoc analyses and present findings that drive action.
- Ensure data quality across HR systems and help streamline/automate reporting workflows.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Leadership to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
- Act as the go-to person for all HR analytics inquiries.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a related data role.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS), DWH (BigQuery), and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Fluency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for data storytelling.
- Natural curiosity and a sharp eye for spotting patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Clear communication skills to turn complex findings into simple narratives.
