What you will do
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales for the website and app.
- Set up campaigns, ensure content accuracy, and proactively solve potential issues.
- Maintain the digital activity calendar and brief creative requirements to the studio.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify problems, and propose smart solutions.
- Update content across homepages, landing pages, and product listing pages.
- Track KPIs using analytics tools and share performance insights with the team.
- Act as a link between campaign managers, senior leaders, and wider teams to keep everything on track.
Requirements
- Experience in digital trading, eCommerce operations, or campaign delivery, ideally within a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with performance tools such as GA, Tableau, or Metabase.
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of how digital activity drives revenue.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Must be able to commute to Nuneaton at least one day a week and work two days a week in either Nuneaton or London offices.
