What you will do

• Define vision and shape growth strategy for User Acquisition activities (attribution, fraud).
• Be responsible for positive dynamic in UA traffic sources and reaching established KPIs.
• Define priorities for mini teams developing separate channels/UA parts.
• Manage the development of user acquisition approaches in key channels based on their algorithms.
• Perform analytical research, generate hypotheses, and carry out experiments.
• Work autonomously with data to launch, analyze and interpret advertising campaign results, and collaborate with creative teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile games.
• Experience with IAP-, hybrid or IAA-monetised titles at different stages of development.
• Skilled in managing multiple ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting skills.
• Upper Intermediate level of English to communicate with partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with incentivized traffic sources.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau.
