Location: Remote from Italy, with frequent opportunities to meet up.

What you will do

  • Spot opportunities and validate ideas through research, interviews, and fast MVPs.
  • Run lean experiments using landing pages, prototypes, and no-code tools.
  • Lead cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales) like an internal startup.
  • Own go-to-market and early adoption strategies.
  • Track KPIs and pivot quickly, translating insights into growth.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution, taking products from 0 to MVP to initial traction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in startups or scale-ups, with 2–3 years in GTM-heavy or founder-like roles.
  • Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
  • Strong sales and go-to-market skills, including cold calls, demos, closing deals, and copywriting.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot/Salesforce and a growth hacking mindset.
  • Experience in problem validation, rapid MVP building (including no-code), clear roadmaps, and data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent English and Professional Italian.

Nice to have

  • Background in Hospitality Tech, HR Tech, or Fintech.
