What you will do
- Own and manage the onboarding process for all new customers, from commitment to product activation.
- Plan and execute integration strategies to minimize onboarding duration while maintaining high implementation quality.
- Serve as the client’s primary technical point of contact during onboarding.
- Test and validate client implementations, offering actionable feedback to engineering teams on the client side.
- Partner with Sales to support technical validation during pre-sales and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with agencies, providing technical guidance and coordination for seamless integration.
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of basic client/server concepts and web technologies.
- Experience in B2B technical support, onboarding, or implementation is preferred.
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to drive customers and internal teams.
- Curious and eager to continuously learn about web/app integrations, E-commerce Platforms (ECP), and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP).
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other programming languages.
- Knowledge of Android/iOS environments.
