What you will do
- Own the entire outbound sales process including data sourcing, enrichment, lead generation, and outreach.
- Execute outbound campaigns aligned with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Run A/B testing to optimize outreach and messaging considering cultural and regional aspects.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted outbound activities and campaign execution.
- Track and report campaign performance against KPIs to improve effectiveness.
- Consistently deliver qualified meetings to meet monthly targets.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years outbound sales experience in hotel technology.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Confident communicator with a self-starter mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
