Location: Hybrid or full-time onsite in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation to Poland is required.

What you will do

• Oversee all stages of motion capture shoots.
• Process mocap data, including retargeting, solving, and tracking.
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with internal stakeholders during shoot planning.
• Design and assemble mobile mocap setups for offsite shoots.
• Maintain and improve hardware related to the mocap pipeline.
• Research new technologies to evolve the team’s pipeline and practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion capture in production environments (games, film, or commercials).
• Proficiency with at least one mocap software suite (preferably Shogun or Blade).
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk MotionBuilder.
• Experience designing setups for remote/on-location shoots.
• Familiarity with solving pipelines and video capture systems.
• Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written).
