What you will do

• Design and develop APIs, ETL pipelines, and frameworks for data and insights access.
• Integrate and orchestrate AI-driven agents and automation workflows at scale.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to refine requirements and delivery plans.
• Lead development efforts, write tests, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to frontend features and component design alongside backend services.
• Mentor team members and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Gurugram, India (hybrid work model)
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field with 6+ years backend experience.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI or Flask, database design, and scalable backend architectures.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs and familiarity with Python-based agent frameworks.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
