What you will do

  • Build and drive field marketing strategy for APAC, focusing on Japan and South Korea in partnership with GTM teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align activities with business objectives and pipeline needs
  • Drive lead generation through field events and executive targeted events to accelerate deals
  • Plan and execute large-scale flagship events adapting global strategies for local success
  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with global and local partners
  • Measure ROI and use data to optimize field marketing activities

Requirements

  • Must have professional proficiency in English and Japanese
  • At least 5 years of experience in large-scale field marketing campaigns in global B2B tech organizations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale events from conception to execution
  • Experience managing event budgets and driving marketing campaigns for attendance and engagement
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
